Purchasing: Our on-line store is available to registered customers only. Please submit an account registration form if you wish to make a purchase from us.
We ship to confirmed USA addresses only. Please ensure you provide a valid shipping address in your account profile.

Terms of Sale: We accept most major credit cards via PayPal. Order will generally ship within 3 business days of payment verification, based on current inventory levels. If the product happens to be out of stock when your order is received, it will be shipped within a maximum of 10 business days.
Shipping: We ship to confirmed locations in the USA only. Sorry, no International customers. We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. Please note we will not ship to P.O Boxes, APO, AE, or Canadian addresses. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of when the order is placed. (90% of our orders are shipped the same day that payment is confirmed)
Customer Service: We generally answer emails Monday through Friday. Shipping information and tracking numbers will be sent to you on request. Spam blocker or filters may prevent this tracking information from being delivered. Please check your spam filter settings and set to allow mail from us.
Returns: Please contact us to get an RMA Authorization PRIOR to returning ANY products. Returns Must be shipped with the RMA clearly printed on the outside of the shipping container, and the RMA Authorization form with the product.
